18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This notice explains why Here Cams falls outside the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. In short: we neither produce nor host any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined in the statute and in 28 C.F.R. § 75.
